I know what you're thinking...it's time to get out the stretchy pants...here comes the 10 lbs of winter weight!!! First thought....WRONG! Join your fellow off season Trikats at the October 25th member meeting to learn all about the following topics:
- Swimming, Biking, Running in the fall & winter (where can I go, what do I wear, what type of cool things should I buy???)
- I'm injured! (Should I keep training, do I need PT, what can I do at home to heal up quicker???)
- Crosstraining (I'm sick of swimming, biking & running, what other things can I do? Will I lose all the base I built up this spring and summer???)
We will be joined by a panel of experts on all these topics from our friends at Agility Sports, Athletic Mentors, Pedal and Gazelle Sports.
